Tanya Karpiak spent two decades as an attorney, litigating criminal and civil matters. She has also worked as a television, magazine, and newspaper journalist. Karpiak has been a museum docent, guiding visitors around masterpieces in recent years. Now she concentrates on creating her own art. Her paintings, icons, and medals are in many private collections. The British Museum acquired her bronze, ‘Never Again,’ for its permanent collection. She is a member of the American Medallic Sculpture Association and the Federation International De La Medaille D’Art. She has exhibited widely.
